ICON ATHAR is the architectural visualization division of ICON, based in Saudi Arabia and focused on bringing interior and exterior spaces to life. We help developers, construction companies, consultants and interior design studios communicate their vision through carefully crafted architectural imagery.
Our approach combines architectural understanding with visual storytelling. From the character of a material to the direction of sunlight, every detail helps people understand a space—and imagine themselves within it.

What do you need to get started?
Send the drawings or 3D model you have, a material palette, reference images, the views you need and your deadline. We can assess Revit, SketchUp, CAD and common 3D exports before agreeing the workflow. If you only have a concept, we will identify the modelling work required.
Can you improve our existing renders?
Yes. Share a sample image and tell us what feels unresolved. We will assess whether post-production is sufficient or whether source scenes, material changes or a fresh render are needed. Design changes are agreed before work starts.
How are fees and timelines agreed?
Each scope is quoted around the number of views, model readiness, scene complexity, output resolution and review rounds. Your proposal sets out milestones, fees and delivery dates before production begins.
How do reviews and revisions work?
We agree review stages and included revision rounds in the scope. One consolidated set of feedback at each stage helps keep the project moving. New cameras, design changes or additional outputs are scoped separately.
Are these real, commissioned projects?
